Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience in platform engineering to drive the integration of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions in our cloud-native SaaS environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for embedding security across the DevOps lifecycle, supporting development and infrastructure teams with automation, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role requires deep technical knowledge, hands-on expertise with modern DevOps tools, and a passion for building secure, reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security throughout the development lifecycle

  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated CI/CD pipelines

  • Monitor cloud applications and infrastructure, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks

  • Build, configure, and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform

  • Implement and maintain security tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, vulnerability scanners)

  • Participate in incident response planning and post-mortem analysis

  • Conduct audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to security best practices

  • Develop clear documentation for processes, policies, and technical implementations

  • Educate and mentor development and operations teams on secure coding and deployment practices

  • Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their fit for our evolving architecture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BCIS, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Linux, Docker/Containers, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, AWS, Ansible

  • Experience with SAST/SCA tools, Git/version control, and infrastructure-as-code

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools

  • Relevant certifications in cloud security, DevOps, or related technologies
