Our client, a fast-growing hospitality company, is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.
The Data Science team’s mission is to increase our speed, frequency and acumen of making decisions at scale by instilling a data-influenced approach to building products. This team collaborates with all teams in the Cloud Data Platform ecosystem to provide end-to-end solutions.
We are looking for a talented and customer-obsessed data scientist focused on exploring and building novel applications in a high-impact and fast-paced environment. You'll drive strategic decisions for user growth and product innovation, leveraging all data science toolkits (analytics, experimentation, forecasting, and ML solutions) to improve end-to-end consumer journeys.

We are looking for a talented and customer-obsessed data scientist focused on exploring and building novel applications in a high-impact and fast-paced environment. You'll drive strategic decisions for user growth and product innovation, leveraging all data science toolkits (analytics, experimentation, forecasting, and ML solutions) to improve end-to-end consumer journeys.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a growing and cross-functional agile team that includes data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers, analysts and business partners.
- Use large-scale Azure Cloud Platform and data resources to generate deep understanding of customers and products.
- Design and implement machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact.
- Design and guide experiments/analysis to measure impact and drive product improvements.
- Initiate, develop, and maintain data pipelines with outstanding craftsmanship.
- Help grow cutting-edge and innovative Data Science capabilities.
- Be a thought leader - predict future areas of innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a relevant technical field
- Four (4) years of hands-on Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning experience–
- Four (4) years of experience with One (1) programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and One (1) querying languages (e.g., SQL)
- Practical experience in A/B testing and causal inference
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
