Senior D365 F&O Engineer – REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced technofunctional Dynamics 365 specialist for a global organization in the distribution/manufacturing space. This company, based out of Washington State, has seen significant domestic and international growth and this vacancy is central to the Dynamics team they are building internally.

The client is in final stages of a multi-year implementation of D365 F&O and CE and is seeking an individual to own post go-live support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assuming responsibility for D365 F&O and CE support.
• Investigating issues, fixing bugs, implementing solutions, and documenting case resolutions.
• Prioritizing and managing support tickets, guiding them to resolution.
• Setup of new users in D365 F&O and CE.
• Mentoring junior support team members and regularly collaborating with a global team.
• Developing customizations down the line as needed.
• Working remotely with occasional travel (1-3x per quarter).

What You Have

• 4+ years of experience using D365 ERP & CRM Systems (F&O experience required; experience with both F&O and CE preferred).
• Technical and functional knowledge.
• Past support or managed services experience.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
• Manufacturing, food and beverage experience preferred.
