REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of technical customer service experience. Preferably in the industrial equipment industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work emailed cases for quotes, orders and product selection.
• Use Salesforce.com for case management and ERP system - Profit 21
• Phone support

• Opportunity for advancement into technical sales in 1-3 years and outside sales after that.
• Hybrid work from home option after onboarding and training (9-12 months)
• Does not involve outward selling or quotas.
