Salary: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee general accounting functions including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of three accountants, promoting a productive and supportive work environment.
- Conduct detailed preparation and analysis of financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Implement and refine financial processes for improved reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with executive leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, continually updating and improving internal controls and policies.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Active CPA license required.
- 4-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably from a public accounting background.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
- Proven expertise in using major accounting software and high proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, hybrid workplace setting.

- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an accounting team.
