Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and programming of control systems including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and MES.
- Handle projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring technical and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems onsite and remotely.
- Provide leadership in managing customer relationships, project status updates, while overseeing project budgets and material scopes.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding them through complexities of projects.
- Ensure all projects comply with NEC codes and UL508A standards.
- Be ready to travel up to 20% to client sites, providing hands-on field commissioning and support.
- Offer exceptional customer service, providing remote and onsite assistance for urgent equipment issues.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing multiple project teams.
- Demonstrated skill in PLC programming across various platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Engineering or related fields.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
