Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Cleveland, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Project Manager position. Our client’s work portfolio has grown substantially, and they are looking for entrepreneurial people who can grow with them.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Seeking experience in design/build construction industry
  • Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Projects in the Commercial and Industrial fields
  • Ground up and renovation experience
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
  • GC and or Owners Representative experience
  • Ability to work with autonomy

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 3-5 years direct experience in commercial and or industrial construction
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
  • Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
  • Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects

Salary Range: $100-140K
