Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

This role will be responsible for:

Managing a large commercial loan portfolio and ensuring asset quality.
Originating new loans and business deposit products while cross-selling Treasury Management services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients to drive growth and profitability.
Conducting financial analysis to structure and negotiate complex lending solutions.
Serving as a trusted advisor by identifying and referring clients to additional financial services, including Wealth Management.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics.
8-15 years of commercial lending and relationship management experience.
Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A deep understanding of business and personal deposit products, Treasury Management services, and SBA lending requirements.
