We are partnering with a respected insurance and risk management firm seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of complex middle-market and large commercial accounts. What You'll Do

  • Manage a book of complex Commercial Lines accounts
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on coverage strategy and risk management
  • Conduct client meetings, policy reviews, and renewal planning
  • Evaluate insurance programs and identify coverage solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Provide technical guidance and account oversight
  • Support departmental growth and operational initiatives
  • Stay current on market trends, coverage developments, and emerging risks

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  • Experience handling middle-market and large commercial accounts
  • Strong technical Commercial Lines expertise
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Growth mindset, professionalism, and client-first approach

Preferred

  • CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or similar designation
  • Applied Epic experience
  • Experience with public entities, contractors, municipalities, school districts, or habitational portfolios
  • Leadership or mentoring experience
