What You'll Do
- Manage a book of complex Commercial Lines accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor on coverage strategy and risk management
- Conduct client meetings, policy reviews, and renewal planning
- Evaluate insurance programs and identify coverage solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Provide technical guidance and account oversight
- Support departmental growth and operational initiatives
- Stay current on market trends, coverage developments, and emerging risks
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty License
- 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Experience handling middle-market and large commercial accounts
- Strong technical Commercial Lines expertise
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Growth mindset, professionalism, and client-first approach
Preferred
- CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or similar designation
- Applied Epic experience
- Experience with public entities, contractors, municipalities, school districts, or habitational portfolios
- Leadership or mentoring experience
