This role will be responsible for:

Developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Generating new business opportunities within the community.
Assessing, underwriting, and structuring commercial credit deals.
Conducting thorough credit analysis, including financial statement review and cash flow analysis.
Participating in community events and business organizations to build the bank's visibility.
Collaborating with senior leadership on strategies aligned with the bank’s growth goals.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven success in commercial lending with expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment.
Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Active involvement in community organizations is highly desirable.
Leadership potential with the desire to grow into a senior or executive role.
