We are looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
This is a great opportunity for an infrastructure leader to guide the strategy and execution of both cloud and on-premises environments, in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategy that balances cloud scalability with on-premises reliability
- Oversee infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators
- Drive cloud migration initiatives while maintaining and optimizing existing on-premises systems
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness across hybrid environments
- Partner with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new infrastructure tools and technologies
- Oversee infrastructure budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive infrastructure experience
- Proven experience managing both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) alongside traditional infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)
- Experience leading and developing infrastructure teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
