A leading U.S. engineering consultancy is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer with 8–12 years of land development experience to lead complex projects from entitlement and preliminary design through construction administration.

Role Highlights:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and schedules.

  • Lead design teams and coordinate across disciplines.

  • Mentor junior engineers and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic studies, stormwater design, grading, earthwork, and civil construction documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; PE license (CA preferred).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; specification preparation a plus.

  • San Diego project experience and industry connections are advantageous.
