This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing exceptional Investment Advisory and Family Office services delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years in a multi-family office or similar client services role.
- Proven expertise in client interaction and service delivery.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
- Skilled at fostering positive organizational culture and client service excellence.
Personal Attributes
- Naturally curious with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional multitasking skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational abilities.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Wealthscape, Adhesion, and Addepar is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and business case development skills.
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Educational Background: Holds a BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline. A law degree or knowledge of contract law is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of client service professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of premier client experiences.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients and their networks (e.g., accountants, attorneys, assistants) to address complex needs.
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Support team efforts in preparing for and following up on client meetings.
- Investment Support: Assist in developing and documenting strategic asset allocation plans and managing client portfolios.
- Portfolio Management: Proactively address client investment needs and produce financial reports, allocation analyses, and performance metrics.
- Onboarding Expertise: Lead client onboarding processes, including documentation, account setup, and CRM updates.
- Operational Excellence: Gain proficiency in custodial and operational processes to streamline efficiency and respond effectively to inquiries.
- System Knowledge: Act as an internal expert on performance reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Project Participation: Contribute to cross-functional projects and firm-wide initiatives.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure client information is current and accurate across systems.
