Salary: $350,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead high-profile class action cases across various practice areas.
- Develop and implement case strategies from discovery through to trial.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on complex class action issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality legal solutions.
- Maintain and manage direct client relationships, ensuring effective communication and service.
- Manage and mentor case teams, promoting professional growth within the practice.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- At least 7 years of experience in complex litigation, specifically class actions.
- Proven track record defending major class action lawsuits.
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-stakes litigation effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employment law relating to discrimination, privacy, and wage issues.
- Previous roles in leadership positions within legal case teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading negotiations and presentations.
- In-depth understanding of federal and state regulations related to labor and employment.
- Practical experience with trial preparation and execution in federal and state courts.
