Salary: $310,000.00 - $390,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive advice to clients on all phases of mergers and acquisitions, from structuring and negotiation to execution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of transactional documents including but not limited to, purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and tax considerations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development and firm growth initiatives.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
• Active Bar Admission in either Georgia or Illinois, depending on the office location.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal and transactional matters efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a major law firm or similar environment, particularly in AmLaw 50 firms.
• Strong client management skills with a proven track record of building professional relationships.
