What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead on a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters from instruction to resolution
  • Shape and grow the construction offering in Bristol with full partner support
  • Work collaboratively with regional colleagues to manage workload and cross-referrals
  • Drive business development in the local market, leveraging existing demand and relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years’ PQE in construction law, with solid exposure to both contentious and transactional work
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Strategic mindset and confidence to build a local market presence

Experience mentoring juniors or leading small teams is required
