We are seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist to take a leading role in enhancing and updating the deposit insurance calculator ETL processes within a national financial services firm. This crucial position will require collaborating with business and technology teams, refining calculator logic, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data through rigorous testing. Salary: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of system enhancements for the deposit insurance calculator ETL.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and technology teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Create detailed business requirements documentation and actionable plans for system updates.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects through all phases, ensuring timely and successful delivery from development to production deployment.
- Conduct SQL queries on the calculator's database to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Transition role responsibilities from project-specific to ongoing business-as-usual support for system enhancements.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
- Direct experience in supporting production environments with developers.
- Understanding of banking products, bank balance sheets, and regulatory reporting (knowledge of Axiom preferred).
- Must hold a Master’s Degree in a related field.

- Strong project management skills with evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate business requirements.
- Initiative to drive projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
