🎯 Your Mission: Bring Order to the Chaos
You’ll support the entire organization by structuring and optimizing compensation and benefits practices across 16 subsidiaries—helping the HR leadership team build transparency, equity, and growth-focused systems.
✅ What You’ll Own
🔹 Job Architecture & Title Alignment
- Audit 300+ existing job titles and descriptions from past M&As
- Realign roles into clean, externally credible title structures
- Support career pathing by clarifying internal job levels and progression
🔹 Compensation Strategy Support
- Conduct compensation benchmarking using tools like PayScale
- Evaluate internal equity, pay compression, and market competitiveness
- Assist with recalibrating job grades—reducing unnecessary bloat (200+ → streamlined framework)
🔹 Benefits Analysis & Vendor Coordination
- Partner with HR leaders and vendors to evaluate benefits offerings
- Support annual benefits reviews and renewal processes with data insights
- Collaborate on Open Enrollment planning, system updates, and communications
🔹 HR Systems, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and compensation platforms
- Support compliance with FLSA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements
- Prepare compensation-related reporting for Finance and senior leadership

📚 What You Bring
- 5–8+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience with comp tools like PayScale, MarketPay, Mercer, Radford, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
- Experience supporting job leveling or title cleanup projects is a huge plus
- Familiarity with benefits plans, open enrollment, and compliance reporting
