Senior Acquisitions Analyst
Job Description
As a Senior Analyst on our Acquisitions & Capital Markets team, you’ll play a key role in fueling the company’s growth through strategic equity and debt investments. About 75% of your time will focus on equity acquisitions and 25% on debt investments, giving you a unique, well-rounded exposure to both sides of the capital stack. Your work directly supports our mission to expand a high-performing multifamily portfolio and strengthen our capital markets strategy.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where analytical rigor meets strategic insight. You’ll dive deep into financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis, while collaborating with brokers, lenders, investors, and executive leadership. From conducting property tours to preparing investor presentations, you’ll see the full investment lifecycle—start to finish.
We’re looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex investment challenges. If you want to grow your expertise across acquisitions and capital markets while helping shape the company’s investment strategy, this is an exceptional opportunity.
What You’ll Do

- Lead and manage due diligence, including property tours, document review, and coordination with third parties.
- Prepare and present investment materials for the Investment Committee, executive management, and investors.
- Conduct market research and engage with brokers to identify opportunities and monitor market trends.
Debt Investments (25%)
- Underwrite Freddie Mac K-series loan pools, assessing credit risk, collateral quality, and return profiles.
- Evaluate financing structures and negotiate with lenders to support acquisitions, recapitalizations, and refinancing.
Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
- Partner with senior leadership in strategic planning and budgeting initiatives, providing analytical insights to guide decisions.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work cross-functionally with brokers, lenders, consultants, and internal teams to ensure transaction success.
- Communicate insights clearly and confidently through presentations and written reports to both internal and external audiences.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, acquisitions, or capital markets.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong command of financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A self-starter mentality—curious, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- CFA Level I completion is encouraged (exam cost reimbursed).
- Successful completion of a proprietary Excel test
