Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full-cycle accounting function, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Drive process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership to support business growth
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Develop and enhance internal controls and accounting policies
• Mentor and develop accounting team members, helping build a high-performing function
• Play a key role in preparing the organization for continued growth and potential expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop talent
• Experience in a high-growth, evolving, or start-up environment preferred
• CPA or advanced certification preferred
