We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team during month-end close, which includes ensuring timeliness and completeness of close tasks
• Prepare and develop month-end financial statement analysis
• Ensure GAAP compliance and other applicable financial regulatory requirements
• Develop, document, and maintain business processes and accounting policies
• Work with finance team on budget to actual tracking needs (departments, projects, etc.) and improve accounting processes to aid the budgeting to actual review
• Support and drive finance transformation projects and act as a change agent
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, procedures, and applications
• Must have the ability to proactively and creatively approach problem-solving in order to execute multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Must have strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
