Working closely with the Director of Finance and CFO/CCO, the senior accountant will have broad responsibilities across the funds and the management company. This is a hands on, detail-oriented role with exposure to investor relations and deal teams.

RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Serve as primary liaison with outsourced fund administrators; review quarterly NAV packages, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and maintain internal reporting, financial models, and support schedules related to fund performance, liquidity, and investor allocations (e.g., waterfalls, returns, carried interest)
  • Analyze fund and investment performance, including IRRs, projections, and other key metrics for senior management
  • Support fund liquidity management, including cash forecasting, capital activity, and coordination of investment funding and exits
  • Monitor compliance with fund governing documents and financing arrangements (e.g., partnership agreements, side letters, lines of credit)
  • Support investor reporting processes, including preparation of fund materials and facilitating data collection for investor requests
  • Partner with investment teams on deal execution, portfolio monitoring, and quarterly valuation support; maintain transaction-level documentation
  • Coordinate with external service providers (audit, tax, compliance), including support of audit and tax processes and review of related workpapers
  • Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and record-keeping; identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to the Director of Finance, CFO/CCO, and senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
  • BS/BA in Accounting
  • 2-3 years of experience in public accounting that includes audit or tax
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible mindset and willingness to do what’s required to achieve team goals and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
  • CPA is a plus
  • Experience working in or with private equity/venture capital clients.
  • AI or data visualization tools

Compensation ranges from $90,000 - $110,000
