What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in a New Zealand accounting practice, including Agriculture accounts experience
• Solid NZ tax knowledge
• Confidence with Xero (Xero certified preferred)
• A client-focused, professional approach
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A team mindset and genuine care for clients
