Senior Accountant

We are seeing a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting the month-end close, maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of the companies accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with leading month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP) and Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
