Salary: $65k - $70k +/- plus incentives - depending on experience

Duties:

• Prepare financial statements, investor distributions and communications
• Prepare monthly financial packages and maintain financial activity for portfolio of assets, including bank reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Research, document and implement positions and policies on accounting pronouncements
  Preparation of Initial Draw for New Deal Closings
• Assist in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

-BA Accounting degree (CPA preferred)
-3+ years Related Accounting experience
