Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented $350M manufacturer to identify a Senior Accountant who will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting accuracy, and process improvement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their experience in a complex, multi-entity setting. Opportunity to move into an Assistant Controller role in 18-24 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with with the month-end processes
• Handles month-end tasks such as prepaids, accruals, and various reconciliations, including cash reconciliations
• Heavily involved in financial reporting, including building management reports and creating new reports by project, customer types, and other metrics
• Assist with budgeting, cash reporting, and payroll
• Help with the automation of the billing process to increase efficiency
• Supports and oversee the staff accountant, who manages AP, AR, expense entry, basic journal entries, and allocations

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management
• Ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and projects
