In this role, you’ll work closely with a hands-on, supportive Controller to manage core financial operations. You’ll play a key role in leading the month-end close process, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across the board. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the monthly close process and financial statement preparation
• Assist the Controller with day-to-day financial operations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment is a plus
