Accounting Foundation & Process Design

• Build and own the accounting processes, including month-end close, reconciliations, and GLr management
• Develop accounting policies and documentation, etc.

Controls & Audit Readiness

• Implement and design internal controls across key financial processes
• Prepare the company for the external audit, including documentation, schedules, and auditor coordination, etc.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory requirements

Financial Planning Support

• Partner with Finance leadership on modeling, budgeting and forecasting
• Support expense management and cost discipline
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and models to support leadership
