Responsibilities

• Month‑end close ownership — Lead critical components of the close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.
• General ledger management — Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Manufacturing cost accounting — Support cost analysis, inventory accounting, and production‑related financial insights.
• Financial reporting — Assist with internal and external reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Variance analysis — Analyze results, investigate trends, and communicate findings to leadership.
• Process improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.
• Cross‑functional collaboration — Work closely with operations, supply chain, and FP&A teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
