We are looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to work for our client. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing SEC filings, analyzing financial statements, and supporting executive-level reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing periodic financial statements, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings (e.g., 8-K), as well as internal management reporting packages.
• Support development of financial reporting and analysis for executive management, Audit Committee, and Board reports.
• Set up and maintain the Chart of Accounts (COA), account roll-ups, and reporting structure for GAAP compliance.
• Analyze financial statements for variances between prior periods and planned results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize the financial reporting workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
