Key Responsibilities:
- Direct daily accounting functions, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to relevant standards and regulations.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analytical reports.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to determine company performance and project future financial trends.
- Lead the junior accounting team with mentorship, training, and constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors during financial review periods.
- Streamline and enhance accounting procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee tax preparations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Play a proactive role in budget formulation, providing invaluable insights and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a pertinent field is mandatory. A Master’s degree or CPA designation is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in a Senior Accountant role or a similar senior accounting position.
- A seasoned professional with exemplary leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software suites and a strong command over MS Office, especially Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving acumen.

- Integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, contingent upon experience.
