Job Duties:

  • Lead strategic benefit program planning and manage full renewal cycles independently
  • Facilitate client renewals and negotiations while coordinating with Risk Advisors and Client Risk Analysts
  • Build and maintain key relationships with clients and carrier partners
  • Develop and deliver client training programs and provide ongoing legislative/compliance updates
  • Proactively identify solutions and serve as a strategic resource for client benefit needs

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience managing employee benefits for large clients (100+ lives) with self-funding expertise
  • Wisconsin Life and Health insurance license (must maintain)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with insurance carrier systems, products and plan designs
  • Strong understanding of agency management systems
