The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a hunter — someone who thrives on building new relationships, identifying whitespace opportunities, and taking initiative to open doors. This role combines strategic account leadership with new business development. You’ll have the autonomy and resources to grow a high-impact territory while working closely with technical teams to deliver differentiated flavor and ingredient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across food, beverage, and nutrition categories
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
  • Collaborate with R&D and applications teams to co-develop customer-specific solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to project management and commercialization
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of success in ingredient, flavor, or food manufacturing sales
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset: energetic, proactive, and skilled at opening new accounts
  • Strong technical understanding; able to translate customer needs into actionable briefs
  • Proven success managing long sales cycles and growing customer pipelines
