Senior Account Executive in Healthcare

Join an innovative healthcare company as a Senior Account Executive, where you will be pivotal in supporting families during their transition from hospitals or skilled nursing facilities to appropriate senior living communities or home care services. In this role, you will leverage your sales experience to build relationships within your territory, driving lead generation and significantly impacting move-ins to communities. This position offers the chance to work closely with healthcare professionals to provide essential services that improve the lives of individuals and families in need.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily in a fast-paced environment to assist families in finding the right senior care options.
  • Achieve monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from market plan accounts.
  • Effectively develop, manage, and expand your book of accounts to boost referral volumes.
  • Network extensively, making cold calls and presenting services to nurture new contacts within each account.
  • Provide detailed follow-ups with referral sources regarding discharge outcomes to affirm the value brought by your services.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure families move into appropriate senior living communities or receive suitable home care services.
  • Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives like account scoring and CRM modifications to enhance sales processes and tools.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in outside sales with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Proven capability in delivering presentations and overcoming objections from target customers.
  • Must thrive in a rapidly changing environment and exhibit a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Ability to travel locally and work independently within your designated territory.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong familiarity with multiple CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
