Senior Account Executive - Legal Services

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads while organically growing your current book of business.
  • Source and develop client referrals to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database to support targeted marketing activities.
  • Plan and conduct direct marketing initiatives, maintain sales materials, and manage promotional efforts to boost client engagements.
  • Provide exemplary leadership through the strategic planning and execution of business goals to maximize profit and growth within your territory.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning by attending educational workshops, industry events, and networking gatherings.
  • Prepare detailed sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to potential and existing clients.
  • Manage sales negotiations and develop detailed proposals and contracts to close deals with clients.
  • Oversee product and service delivery to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports to track progress and results.
  • Provide prompt responses to sales inquiries and address customer concerns with utmost professionalism.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of proven experience in marketing and selling services directly to the legal community.
  • Strong existing network within law firms in designated territories.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to strategically plan and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
