Senior Account Executive - Healthcare Sector

In this role, you will be the primary link between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families needing urgent care placements. Your efforts will directly influence patient outcomes by guiding them through care options that best suit their transition requirements. Salary: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive daily activities focused on lead generation and conversion to meet monthly quotas of families choosing suitable senior care options.
  • Strategically develop and manage your book of accounts, maximizing referral volumes across your designated territory.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships through networking, initiating cold calls, and conducting impactful service presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Regularly follow up with referral sources, providing feedback and updates about discharge outcomes to reinforce the ongoing value provided by our services.
  • Guide families through the intricacies of care transitions, educating them about available care options and the overall process.
  • Collaborate closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure that all families successfully find the right community or in-home care service each month.
  • Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives such as account scoring enhancements and CRM system optimizations to improve operational efficiency and outreach effectiveness.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of proven experience in outside sales in a role directly contributing to sales success.
  • A strong history of exceeding sales quotas and effectively collaborating across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present to various stakeholders and skillfully overcome objections.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets, and experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be able and willing to travel locally within the assigned territory throughout the workweek.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes while maintaining a high level of performance.

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly desirable.
