We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our healthcare team, helping families as they transition from hospital or skilled nursing facilities to appropriate senior care options. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in generating leads, building relationships with health care professionals, and directly influencing the growth of your territory. This position suits an enthusiastic professional eager to operate in a fast-paced environment, employing strong sales skills and delivering measurable results. You will guide families through the critical decision-making process of selecting the right care environment, all while expanding your account portfolio to achieve sales targets.
Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly assist families in finding senior housing or in-home care agencies, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their decision-making process.
- Deliver on monthly targets by generating a steady flow of qualified patient referrals from market plan accounts in your assigned territory.
- Develop and nurture your book of accounts, expanding referral volumes through strategic account management and networking.
- Execute effective service presentations and follow-up communications to strengthen relationships with key referral sources, including case managers and discharge planners.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure seamless transition and support for families choosing a senior living option.
- Engage in continuous learning practices to refine strategy and progress toward broader adoption of the services and overall growth.
- Implement innovative approaches such as account scoring, CRM adaptations, and other process enhancements to optimize performance.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- At least three years of experience in an outside sales role with proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong foundation in developing and executing sales presentations tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Willingness to engage in local travel extensively across the territory.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization.
