In this role, you will actively collaborate with hospitals and nursing facilities, directly interfacing with families to facilitate their transition into appropriate care settings. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of expanding access to quality senior care solutions across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving our lead generation, nurturing key account relationships, and ensuring that families make informed decisions about senior living options.
Salary: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate urgent family needs for senior care as they transition from medical facilities to community or home-based care solutions.
- Achieve monthly quotas by generating qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts.
- Develop and manage your book of accounts, focusing on increasing referral volume and account growth.
- Network within each account to establish new contacts, make cold calls, and present services, ensuring continuous engagement by following up on discharge outcomes.
- Educate families on available care options, collaborating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet your monthly targets.
- Implement and provide feedback on new initiatives, tests, and processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least three years of proven experience in outside sales, with a record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience presenting to and engaging with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Must be able to travel locally in your assigned territory 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and efficiently allocate time.
