Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account Executive, where you will have the pivotal role of connecting families with the healthcare they urgently need as they leave hospitals or skilled nursing facilities. You will spearhead efforts in your territory, establishing and deepening relationships within the healthcare community to facilitate patient transitions to appropriate care settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about sales, healthcare, and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in a fast-paced healthcare environment to assist families in finding suitable senior care options.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals from coordinated market plan accounts.
- Build, cultivate, and expand your book of accounts, boosting referral volume across your assigned territory.
- Network within each account, executing cold calls and service presentations, and conduct follow-ups to reinforce the benefits your connections bring to their discharged patients.
- Work closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure smooth transactions for families moving into a community or engaging in-home care.
- Implement and provide feedback on pilot initiatives, such as account scoring and CRM enhancements, to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or extensive relevant experience.
- At least three years of proven experience in outside sales, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- A solid track record of not only meeting but exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present to diverse audiences and handle objections gracefully.
- High capability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving business environments.
- Must possess a driver's license and ability to travel locally to meet business demands (5 days a week).
- Expertise in using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Salesforce or other CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly preferred, providing a deeper understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
