We are looking for a Senior M&A Analyst to work for our Downtown Columbus client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage sell-side research, regulatory and public disclosures, and alternative data sources in order to identify new opportunities for acquisitions globally
• Analyze and validate business plans to produce informed expectations of future cash flows
• Negotiates legal documentation with sellers and sees transactions through from LOI to closing
• Coordinate all steps of M&A processes from initial stages of assessing interest through deal announcement and legal close
• Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling
• Coordinate and perform financial and operational due diligence
• Owns and understands all data (structured and unstructured) and supports the cleansing mapping of data to ensure integrity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years M&A Analysis experience
• Public Accounting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, excellent leadership skills and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
