Salary: $88,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and applying electrical schematics for installation and troubleshooting.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of factory equipment, controls, and electrical panels.
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with standard electrical codes.
- Meticulously documenting all processes and adjustments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Climbing ladders to access equipment as needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrable history of reliable and solid work engagements.
- Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card.
- Residing within 45 minutes of the Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin area.
- Aptitude for understanding and utilizing electrical diagrams and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications or licensing as an electrician.
- Experience with high-speed production environments.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
