Second Shift Industrial Electrician

Salary: $88,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and applying electrical schematics for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of factory equipment, controls, and electrical panels.
  • Ensuring all electrical work complies with standard electrical codes.
  • Meticulously documenting all processes and adjustments to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Climbing ladders to access equipment as needed for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as an electrician in an industrial setting.
  • Demonstrable history of reliable and solid work engagements.
  • Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card.
  • Residing within 45 minutes of the Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin area.
  • Aptitude for understanding and utilizing electrical diagrams and schematics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certifications or licensing as an electrician.
  • Experience with high-speed production environments.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
