What You’ll Do

  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide decision-making
  • Train and support teachers and classroom staff in evidence-based strategies
  • Partner with families to promote consistency and student success
  • Contribute to a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment
