We are seeking passionate and dedicated School Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join an Approved Private School in Norristown, PA, dedicated to quality, evidence-based, compassionate care for individuals with special needs. Reporting to the Executive Director/ Principal, you will deliver and oversee clinical programming for students within a private school setting.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a behavior analysis expert for the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver clinical and case management services.
• Design and conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), including Functional Analyses.
• Conduct preference and reinforcement assessments.
• Develop behavior interventions to increase adaptive behavior and decrease severe challenging behavior.
• Train Direct Support Staff (DSP)/RBTs to implement behavior support plans and other clinical initiatives.
• Monitor the implementation of behavior support plans for integrity.
• Utilize Behavior Skills Training as needed for behavior interventions.
• Write reports and summaries of client progress.
• Attend client progress meetings.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA and in good standing according to the BACB.
• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, special education (or related field).
