The main purpose of a Scheduling Specialist is to ensure that staff rosters balances and overtime is closely monitored.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Provide timesheets to payroll (Monthly)
• Overtime management
• Provide monthly reports to operations, HR and Payroll
• Leave Management
• Data capturing
• Attention to detail
• Live up to a professional standard

Experience and Skills

• Matric or equivalent (Please attach a copy of your matric certificate)
• 1-2 Years experience in a similar function/role
• Planning skills
• Kronos experience (Advantage)
• Excellent communication skills (English - verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Time Management
• Accountability
• Dependability
• Computer literacy
