FULL TIME Position: Salesforce Technical Developer
Location: Irving, TX
Salary Range: $100k + depending on the candidate
Bonus Target: $20k annually

The Salesforce Technical Developer will be responsible to perform the necessary design and development of Salesforce solutions that support cross-functional business needs of our client and align with longer term best practice standards within our client.
Design, develop and implement enhancements to the Salesforce and supporting cloud applications to deliver on the functional support needs of our client as they relate to Salesforce solutions
Follow support and development processes and standards to ensure the Salesforce solutions are achieving business outcomes and objectives
Understand metrics and monitoring to diagnose and resolve potential issues in the Salesforce application
Work closely with IT, cloud vendors, service providers, AppExchange partners and internal teams to deliver Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements with a collaborative spirit
Participate in Salesforce development projects, the creation of Salesforce development business cases and evaluate and recommend Salesforce AppExchange and cloud service providers and products to meet business needs
Research and evaluate market insight of current and future technology innovations regarding Salesforce modules and functionality and make recommendations
Consult on application or infrastructure development and support projects to identify impact to Salesforce solutions and address any potential gaps
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements:
BS or BA degree in business, information systems, computer science, system analysis with an emphasis in information technology
5 to 10 years of experience in application development & database management
Salesforce.com CRM Platform experience, implementing and enhancing Sales and / or Service Cloud.
DEV401 level certification required; Advanced Developer certification is a plus
Experience in at least one full life-cycle implementation of Salesforce.com
Hands on experience in Apex / JAVA
Experience developing for Salesforce Lightning Experience – Lightning component / connect experience preferred
Experience developing for Salesforce1 Mobile Platform
Basic leadership skills with mature interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiations
Excellent analytical and technical skills as well as working acumen in one or more software development &/or support methodologies
Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs and apply multiple solution recommendations to business problems.
Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
Ability to understand the long-term (“Big Picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations and relative trade-off judgments
Ability to estimate the financial impacts and frame the relative strengths & weaknesses around competing alternatives
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies and features
