Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Position Summary

Our client is hiring a Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid – Columbus, OH) to manage system configuration, maintain data integrity, support users, and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business goals and operates efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, flows, and system settings
  • Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security features
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
  • Support data migration, cleansing, and governance
  • Assist with release management and platform updates
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to document requirements and optimize CRM processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience with flows, automation, and configuration best practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within hybrid work environments
