Position Summary
Our client is hiring a Salesforce Administrator (Hybrid – Columbus, OH) to manage system configuration, maintain data integrity, support users, and drive enhancements to the Salesforce platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring that Salesforce aligns with business goals and operates efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, automation, flows, and system settings
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security features
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support and training
- Support data migration, cleansing, and governance
- Assist with release management and platform updates
- Partner with internal stakeholders to document requirements and optimize CRM processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with flows, automation, and configuration best practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively within hybrid work environments
