The Role

  • You will lead new business acquisition for mid to large sized carriers and MGAs, managing the entire sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
  • This is a strategic role that blends execution with ownership.
  • You will collaborate closely with product, delivery, and customer success to align client needs with our platform’s capabilities, driving both immediate results and long term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end to end sales process including prospecting, qualification, demos, and contract closure.​
  • Build and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
  • Engage confidently with C suite, underwriting, and innovation leaders to articulate business impact.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and onboarding.​
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Contribute to refining sales messaging, processes, and enablement for future scale.

Role Requirements:

  • 3 to 10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Insurtech.
  • Demonstrated success in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to build and navigate executive level relationships.
  • Hands on experience with CRM and enablement tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with the P&C or Specialty Insurance ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI in business contexts.
  • Experience in a high growth or early stage startup is preferred.
