The Role
- You will lead new business acquisition for mid to large sized carriers and MGAs, managing the entire sales cycle from outreach and discovery to negotiation and close.
- This is a strategic role that blends execution with ownership.
- You will collaborate closely with product, delivery, and customer success to align client needs with our platform’s capabilities, driving both immediate results and long term relationships.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full end to end sales process including prospecting, qualification, demos, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a robust and accurate pipeline with strong forecasting discipline.
- Engage confidently with C suite, underwriting, and innovation leaders to articulate business impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and onboarding.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.
- Contribute to refining sales messaging, processes, and enablement for future scale.
Role Requirements:
- 3 to 10 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Insurtech.
- Demonstrated success in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to build and navigate executive level relationships.
- Hands on experience with CRM and enablement tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with the P&C or Specialty Insurance ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Understanding of machine learning and AI in business contexts.
- Experience in a high growth or early stage startup is preferred.
