Summary We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our sales and marketing departments. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including tracking shipments, answering phones, attending to trades show (5-6 times a year)and scheduling meetings.
Update order status and create sales & other reports
Customer support by email/phone.
Track shipments and update customers if there are any delays.
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Update our social media and digital price list.
Schedule meetings and arrange travel details.
Perform other support tasks as needed.
1-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service experience.
Communication, organizational, and time management skills
