We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide support to our sales and marketing departments.
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including tracking shipments, answering phones, attending to trades show (5-6 times a year)and scheduling meetings.

  • Update order status and create sales & other reports
  • Customer support by email/phone.
  • Track shipments and update customers if there are any delays.
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Update and distribute materials regarding our products and promotions.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Update our social media and digital price list.
  • Schedule meetings and arrange travel details.
  • Perform other support tasks as needed.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support or customer service experience.
  • Detail oriented
