Execute business development between Walmart for delivering annual sales targets, driving Omnichannel growth, increasing category share and digital excellence while fully managing the assigned P&L.

Some Responsibilities but not limited to:

Business Performance

  • Drive Omnichannel distribution, placement, planning, pricing, promo, and digital optimization support.
  • Proficient in setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Management of short- and long-term business results across account base, including innovative changes aimed at broad financial impact.
  • Delivering upon volume, profit, share and ROI targets.
  • Challenging and guiding improvement in spending efficiency.

Sales Analysis and Planning

  • Coordinate and communicate account knowledge, insights, and strategy with other sales functions, marketing, and executive management.
  • Leverage brand management, category management, consumer insights and all available resources to establish appropriate assortment, authorization level, and placement of products.
  • Leverage Sales Analytics/Operation and Customer Service to meet account replenishment requirements.
  • Execute brand strategy, both online and on the digital shelf, optimizing existing products and innovation.
  • P&L responsibility for sales within Walmart
  • Collaborate and build relationships at the buyer level and with support up to the Director/ DMM's to deliver sales targets.
  • Analyze and report on the drivers of Omnichannel performance, with broad understanding of Walmart systems
  • Develop annual forecast and programs to achieve targets with history of pivoting to alternative plans to close the gap.
