Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Provides chronic care management and remote patient monitoring to help people stay healthier at home.
- Blends human support with technology and AI insights for proactive, personalized care.
- Partners with healthcare providers to close care gaps, reduce readmissions, and improve outcomes.
- Focuses on high-risk and Medicare populations with conditions like diabetes, heart failure, and COPD.
- Values patient experience, teamwork, and innovation while scaling nationwide services.
- Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, closing, account management)
- Develop and execute outbound and referral-based lead generation strategies
- Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners
- Oversee or directly manage marketing content, conference/event presence, and referral programs
- Create and optimize sales playbooks, reporting, and CRM workflows
- Collaborate with CEO and product/clinical teams on go-to-market and product-market fit
- Prepare for scale by hiring and mentoring additional commercial team members as growth milestones are hit
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales leadership in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare services
- Proven track record of B2B sales to healthcare providers, payers, or risk-bearing entities
- Experience building and scaling sales processes in early-stage, high-growth environments
- Deep network in target customer segments (senior care, value-based care, FQHCs, etc.)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven, with experience in CRM management and KPI tracking
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional team
